TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BLUEPRINT, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by binding arbitration before a single arbitrator.
The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
YOU AND BLUEPRINT AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring suit in court for injunctive or other equitable relief, including matters related to data security, intellectual property, or unauthorized access to the Site or Services.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Subject to the arbitration provisions above, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
We may terminate or suspend your access to and use of the Site and Services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site and Services will immediately cease.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Blueprint concerning the Site and Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by Blueprint.
